Return Policy
At Temecula Valley RV, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we ask that all customers review the following return and exchange guidelines prior to making a purchase.
1. General Return Requirements
To process any return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice.
We are unable to accept returns without proof of purchase. -
Returns must be made within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
Items presented after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange. -
All items must be in their original condition, unused, and free of damage unless the return concerns a verified manufacturer defect.
2. Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returned items unless alternative arrangements are made at the time of purchase.
This fee covers the handling, inspection, and reintegration of items back into inventory. Any exceptions will be documented on the original invoice.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

Tools
Due to the nature of these products and supplier restrictions, all sales of the above categories are considered final.
4. Special Orders
Special orders require additional processing and manufacturer coordination. Therefore:

A 100% deposit is required at the time a special order is placed.

Special order items are non-returnable, non-cancelable, and non-refundable once the order is submitted to our suppliers.

Customers are responsible for verifying all specifications before confirming a special order.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please allow processing time depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment platform. Cash refunds may require additional verification for security purposes.
6. Exchanges
Approved Exchanges are subject to the same requirements as returns. An item may be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value when available. Any price difference is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of the exchange.
7. Management Discretion
Temecula Valley RV reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions of this policy. Exceptions may be made solely at management’s discretion and must be documented on the sales invoice at the time of purchase.
